Newly Married & A New Home

SOLD Hayley and Clark

I’d like to formally give a warm ‘welcome home’ to my wonderful friends Hayley and Clark. They just recently got married and closed on their house! I thought I’d share with you a little bit about their  experience.

Hayley and Clark approached me shortly after they got engaged, in search of a home to begin their new life together. Clark had been living in the western part of the state, and was getting ready to move out to this area. Together they had a short list of “must haves” for what they wanted in a home. One of the important factors they were looking for was they wanted a house on a large piece of property. Their priority was for additional space to add on in the future if necessary.

What I loved about working for Hayley and Clark was that they were very easy going despite also planning a wedding. Some of the properties that we went to go see were not 100% turn-key. As they walked through a house, they saw potential in every property we looked at together.  They did their best to scope out houses they wanted to explore further by driving by before scheduling. When we were at a house, they kept me up to date with where they stood with the properties we saw in person.

Home sweet home!

After some time, and many weekends of searching, we finally found the house that they now call home. Their house is a very well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch that sits on an acre of land on a private road.

I am so incredibly happy for this lovely couple. It’s been a whirlwind of life-changing experiences for Hayley and Clark as you can imagine! They got married and bought a house within only a couple of days apart. It was such an honor to work for them. I wish them all the best with this new chapter in their lives.
