This week I completed the first of three segments of training towards getting my New York State real estate license. Selling real estate is something I’ve been on the fence about doing for a while, and I finally made the decision to jump in and do it. It just makes sense for me! Some of the material (like the different laws and mathematics) is confusing, so I’m going to need to knuckle down and study over the next few weeks to pass the exam. This weekend I’m looking forward to the sunshine (what’s that?) we are supposedly getting, a Friday night glass of wine, and finishing up a few loose ends in our living area at the house.
