Three Years of Marriage

May 1, 2014Archives, Personal

DSC_4329_editToday is our third wedding anniversary! As cliché as it sounds, I seriously cannot believe we’ve been married for three years. I still remember the butterflies I started having when my feelings changed from platonic to romantic for my best friend Brandon. He amazes and inspires me everyday and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be with him.

Brandon and I got married on a tiny budget and paid for our wedding almost all of it ourselves, working full-time on our small salaries. (How I wish Pinterest were around when we were planning!!)

I do admit that I have some regrets about our wedding day, but there is one thing I will never ever regret. In the midst of all the chaos of planning, our biggest priority was our honeymoon. We decided together to invest a large portion of our precious hard earned money into our honeymoon over the wedding- although I still think we threw a good party! The day after our wedding, we flew straight to Paris, France for the most magical and wonderful vacation. Below are a few photos from our trip.
