Sweater Weather

I love me a good fall sweater, and this one has quickly become a staple item I have been wearing constantly. A few weeks ago Brandon and I spent a much needed weekend away with some of our close friends. We stayed in the cutest 1800’s farmhouse just outside Lake Placid, which I discovered through Airbnb. (Withing walking distance was this gorgeous covered bridge over creek which led to the river.) A couple days before we left, I found this sweater tunic at Marshalls. What I love so much about this sweater is not only how comfortable it is, but also its versatility. Since we were on a cozy weekend away, I paired this with some jeans and ankle boots. If I wanted to switch it up, this could easily transform into a completely different look with black tights and pumps.

Sweater: Marshalls. Jeans: Ann Taylor LOFT. Shoes: Forever 21.
