^ Popping open the champagne in celebration of 1 year at our house!

This has been a really wonderful and crazy summer. So much has happened in such a short time, I can hardly believe that next week is already fall. Brandon and I slowed things down as far as working on the house and took some valuable advice from one of our neighbors and simply enjoyed our summer. Another really exciting highlight for me personally, is I’m working with some friends of ours and we found them a house, and my first listing just hit the market! Although it has its share of highs and lows, I really love working in real estate. This summer, I took a sabbatical from posting on my blog so I could refocus on coming up with a new name and direction for my website. I can’t wait to share the developments!  But in the meantime, I thought I would share some of my favorite moments of this summer with you.

Have wonderful weekend!
