^^ Final Assignment: Self Portrait

Well folks, the semester has finally ended and like a true college student I am up past midnight finishing my final assignment the day before it’s due! For those of you who do not remember, on top of everything else happening in my life I decided to take a photography class to enhance my skills both personally and professionally (details here). I was actually home sick on my last day of class- (which I was really disappointed about) and that is when students worked on and completed the final photography class portfolio. Throughout the semester we had a different photography assignment due every week inspired by a famous photographer we learned about in the previous class. Then the following week, we would go over the assignment, edit our photos and learn about another famous photographer.

Below is my final portfolio with photos corresponding to each assignment we had to do. Enjoy.

Although this class was somewhat of a inconvenient endeavor, I do not regret taking it. As I have said before, I have been wanting to take this class for forever, but always made an excuse not to, and now that it it’s over I have something that I can take with me because I’m smarter than I was when I first started.

What is something you have been putting off that you know you should take the plunge and just do it!?
