So Long Virgin Hair

Today is my birthday. After I turned 25 a couple birthdays ago, I decided I no longer wanted my birthday to come. I thought 25 was the perfect age. I’m usually a “glass half full” kind of gal but when it comes to getting older, I think I’m on the same page as many people and dreading it. So to take my mind off of getting older I decided to do something new that I had never done before. I dyed my hair. My hair was what is considered “virgin hair” which means it has never been chemically treated by anything- not even a perm or highlights. I have always admired the ombré style, but was too nervous to jump in. As my birthday was approaching, I thought what the heck- better now than never! So I made the appointment for the subtle change because I didn’t want something so dramatic. Baby steps people. Anyway, here is the outcome! Honestly, I was hoping for it to be much more noticeable, but I can always go lighter.
