I bought this really adorable tulle skirt last week at…
This is a really fun project. It combines two of my favorite project stores; JoAnn Fabric and Lowes. I love it when I can take something masculine like corner brackets and turn them into a beautiful DIY statement necklace. Here are the supplies I used:
Then I repeated that process to connect the other two corner brackets in a line. When I got the desired “look” I was going for with the corner brackets, I measured how long I wanted the necklace to be by holding the chain from the middle of the back of my neck to approximately how long I wanted it. Make sure when you do this to make 2 equal length chains so you can clasp them together. Attach one chain to one end of a corner bracket with a jump ring and the other end of the chain to a clasp. Take the other chain equal in length and attach one end to a jump ring for the clasp to hook to and the other end to the other side of the corner bracket. Then you will have yourself a beautiful hardware statement necklace.
I have enough hardware and chain to make two more. I’d love to make one for you! I will randomly select two people to win a statement necklace just like the one I made today.
